As a first step, a survey has been launched in order to analyze the state of the art and good practices related to the Migrants Painting labour market integration. Among the main findings, it emerged a lack of good strategies for the inclusion of migrants/refugees in the sector, therefore there is so much work to do to improve this system for Painting craftsmen both at National and European level. A long term hard work needs to be carried out, step by step identifying the good examples and improving the quality of the supporting tools.

The final report gathers relevant information on migrants labour market integration in the Painting sector, underlining the existing barriers and providing good practices and recommendations.
