IO5 project’s activity was intended to provide a pedagogical kit to teachers, in order to validate the informal and non-formal skills of migrants and refugees and to qualify them in the field of painting techniques. These guidelines tackle on the technical and methodological aspects of training and has been conceived to facilitate the task of trainers. It contains study materials and concrete examples on carrying out them. The objective is to have a basis for correct planning and managing of the training.
Structured in five parts, the kit aims to provide teachers with instructions on methodologies and training content. It provides them with practical and theoretical information, provides general information about the objectives of the training, the contents of the modules, and illustrates the evaluation process. Based on different types of learning, the kit describes the methodology process for each type of learning.
